What is delivery charge or order?
For Metro area Sydney/Melbourne, we will use Go Logistics/Transdirect/Couriers Please. For country NSW/Victoria and interstate delivery, the freight will be calculated based on volume and weight.
When can I expect my order?
Sydney metro same-day delivery: cut-off time is 10:20am. or it will be next day delivery guaranteed. Normally 24hr delivery time is our passion (assuming that the product is in stock).
We use Go logistics, Transdirect, to achieve your delivery expectation.
Do you do printing job?
We ONLY print flags overseas.
What is the warranty of your products?
The warranty of all products is one year for any product defects from the date of delivery.
